I'm a retired MSG U.S.Army from Louisville, Ky who wants to keep your memory alive. You are not forgotten. We soldiers do not question our duty, but do our part to keep and preserve freedom. However! You gave the ultimate sacrifice. It would have been nice to have known you as a person. You forever will be a HERO. We should never let these brave men "Fade Away", their memory and the Vietnam War should never disappear from our thoughts and history.

Becky Robb O'Bryan
A sister's memories
Rick was my older brother (there were 8 years between us) and a father figure because our Dad was absent from our lives. I realized many years later the impact of losing this older brother when I realized I had married a man just lke Rick, the same age and the same personality. I am pleased about that. I think of Rick now as my younger brother. He is still 19 and I am 50, married 28 years, raised a son, and 30 years as a teacher. I have lived the life he did not and that makes me sad. He is remembered with love.
