Phillips, Unit: 595th Signal Company, 36th Signal Battlion, 2nd Signal Group, 1st Signal Brigade. His date of loss was 23 June 1970 in S. Vietnam. I am hoping to find someone in his family, so, that one day I can give this bracelet to them, whether it be in person or via mail. Anyone who served with E2 Robert P. Phillips, though on my bracelt his rank is listed as a E-6, please contact me.

I did not see Major Kibbey listed on the wall and I would like to hear from Major Kibbey. I have held onto the bracelet with hopes of one day finding out what happened to Major Kibbey. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
