I am hoping to find Charlie Crist who served in the 1/5 (CRIP unit) at Cu Chi in 1969. He may be from Idaho. I'm not sure of his rank. He was on patrol with Lt Stewart and SP4 Joe B Ojeda and others on December 9, 1969. I am looking for information on what happened that day. I can be reached at hillb@mcmaster.ca.

Just home from seeing the movie,,,,very touching ,very sad,mel gibson was good,,,i was with the 1 /8 air cav served in 69,,,never fought in a battle like the one shown in the movie,but saw enough to last 10 lifetimes,,,,,,,,58 thousand for what?
