Bracelet Request
. . Contributed By Courtney Perram On Wednesday, November 28, 2001
first of all, i love all of the veterans. it is you who has given me the chance to live freedom. thank you. i cant say it enough. Thank you to all of our protectors of the free. i was adopted when i was 5mos old from Korea to a loving caucasion family in ohio. unfortunately by my birthdate (1981) i never got a chance to meet my cousin Gregory Keith Reeves. He fought in the Vietnam War. and also lost his life there. My father, Guy Perram, talks about him so passionately. someone that meant a lot to him. I went to Washington DC on a trip called Up Close my senior yr in hs. we went to the wall, and i found his name on the wall. i also saw an add for bracelets with fallen soldiers names on it. I was wondering if anyone could tell me where i can get his name on a bracelet. i would really love to give it to my dad for christmas. i think its a present he will truley cheerish. PLease email me if you have any information on that. THank you so much.

Rubbing of Cecil Daugherty
. . Contributed By Jennifer McCauley On Wednesday, November 28, 2001
I am trying to find a way to get a rubbing of Cecil Daugherty (Panel 18W-Row 116) for my dad. He served with him and was on tower duty the night they were hit with mortar attacks. My dad has just discovered that he is possibly suffering with PTSD and this is one incident that has stuck out in his mind all these years however he just found out the full name so now he is trying to find out as much information about him as he can. I am looking for someone or some organization that could possibly get a rubbing of his name for my dad. I think this would help him alot. Please if anybody knows anything or anyone let me know. Thanks so much.

I suggest that you conduct a national contest for a short text/phrase like the one at the war memorial (Punch Bowl) in Hawaii. I have a personal reason for this. Patrick Woods was a student and friend of mine.
