S.Sgt. Jettie Rivers, U.S.M.C.
. . Contributed By E. King On Tuesday, October 16, 2001
S.Sgt. Rivers was my drill instructor at Parris Island in the Spring and Summer of 1963. He was a wonderful man. I read of his death in a Marine magazine at my Reserve Center in Trenton,N.J. and that he had a wife in Phila.,Pa. I called her and told her how sorry I was. He had children and I would like to tell them how great he was. He was a brilliant motivator and in those 3 months he taught me lessons I have used all my life.

Russell Lee Thompson - Beloved Uncle
. . Contributed By Stacey Wade On Thursday, October 18, 2001
Looking for anyone who may have known my uncle who was KIA in Bing Donh 4/19/68. He was a SSGT from Memphis, TN. His loss has forever impacted our family. He was 19 when killed. So young, like so many others that gave their lives for this great nation of ours. I pray that we never see such a tremendous loss of life due to conflict. In this time of despair for our nation, I thank all of veterans and all of those presently in the armed forces for all that do and have done and my prayers go out to those who have either lost someone or have someone involved in the military efforts. God Bless America!

I found an Identity Plaque in Vietnam. The name on is ROSENBLATT Charles NŠ : 084 44 5901. I would be happy to give it back to him (if he's alive, because his name don't figure on the list of KIA) or to his parents. How finding him ? Someone heard about him ? Thanks lot.
