Just a Thank You . . Contributed By Carol Marie Green On Tuesday, December 14, 1999 I'm just a college student who wanted to thank all of the veterans of all wars. I am amazed with the way the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial Wall came into existance and how it has touched the lives of so many. This is the first place where I have been able to tell veterans, both living and not, how grateful I personnaly am for all you have given to our country and to youth like myself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

please help. . . Contributed By Tim Dawson On Thursday, December 16, 1999 I am a student from Bournemouth, England, currently studying the Vietnam and second world wars and the way in which the media have portrayed them. I am desperately seeking the views of Veterans from both wars on how Hollywood has portrayed their roles in the conflicts. Have any come close to showing the true facts of the wars? I have so far recieved great help from veterans the world over, and have been impressed bar none at their generosity, helpfulness, nobility and sense of honour. I guarantee that in no way will my dissertation soil the memory of your fine men and women.

LOOKING FOR A MEETING? . . Contributed By Frank H. On Sunday, December 26, 1999 Squad 9 is an A.A. group comprised of Vietnam and Vietnam-era vets -- and any other recovering soul who'd like to share our fellowship. We meet every Sunday at 9 a.m. in a convenient Minneapolis suburb. If you're a vet on the road looking for fellowship, we welcome you! We'd also be interested in hearing about similar groups across this great land of ours.
