I am looking for any info or address on Pfc. Burns who served with the 101 st airborne out of bien hoa in 66-67. I was in the 8th grade and he was my pen pal. I know he made it home, but would like to say hi and thanks to him. First name is either robert or John from Hammond Indiana.

I have heard a song called "50,000 names by Jamie O'Hara on the PBS Memorial Day concert.It's hard for me not to cry even though I've seen it many times.It is so moving I use it in my speaking tour that I give to High schools Etc. I do it to tell about what War does. I call it "WAR in and after it" it's about one hour long and I've gotten only good feedback about it. The song is the main part of it.

I am a high school senior who is doing a project for my Advanced Art Class. My assignment is to se;ect a historical event/memorial/happening in history and depict emotion relating to the event. I think the Vietnam Wall and the name tracings, flowers, etc., is very emotional, but I have never seen an actual tracing to know how to show it. Could I get an example of an electronic tracing? Thank you very much for any help.

When I was reading the account of "Harvest Moon" I was stuned I was that radio operator with the artillary and I carried that Thomson sub Machine Gun the rest of the time I was In nam. I remember running under mortor rounds to take over radio from the operator in 81s I was with 3/11 on that wet operation!
