Ronald Warren falconno3@aol.com Friend 1532, CoolBrook Dr., West Columbia, SC., 29172, USA "Frankie" was, a hero to me long, before he was killed serving, his country. In 1965, I was dating, his sweet sister. Frankie and I, were swiming, in the Broad River, next, to his home, in Lockhart. I got caught, in a very, strong current & Frankie, saw I was in trouble, he was, some distance, from me, but being, so strong, he swam out, to me and was able to fight, the current and pull me, back, to shore. I'am not even sure, if he or I, ever mentioned, the incident again. In 1992, I took, my son to Washington, DC., to see, his name and let him, graph the name, off, the wall. I placed it, in a frame and though, his Mother already had one, I still wanted, to give it, to her. I will, never forget, Frank Barbee and when, in his home, town, I always love, to drop in, on his dear, wonderful mother. Sunday, January 26, 2003
