Thank You, Sgt Kenneth Tilden Rabey, for your Courage, Service and Dedication to our Country and for Freedom. Rest well and know that you will NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. I am the sister of such a young hero, who also made the Supreme Sacrifice in Vietnam 1967.....“LEST I KEEP MY COMPLACENT WAY, I MUST REMEMBER... SOMEWHERE OUT THERE A PERSON DIED FOR ME... AS LONG AS THERE MUST BE WAR, I ASK AND I MUST ANSWER...WAS I WORTH DYING FOR? ~ Eleanor Roosevelt ~ Nov 10, 2008 |

David Nelson DADDY53@aol.com He was my Sgt. I was with him when he was killed. 767 Shadow Brook Dr Columbia,SC 29210 USA Family He was my Sgt. I served with him for only a short while. I was in the same bunker with him when the rocket hit us. We Ue less than 5 feet apart. He came to the bunker to warn of the impending attack. I wrote him up for a metal never knew if his wife received it or not. I remember off duty he spoke of his wife and daughter and of his plans to be a heavy equipment operator when he got out. He truly loved his country and family. So hard to understand why his was taken so young with so much to live for. Friday, February 18, 2000 |
